Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Spread 2–3 tablespoons of cheesecake filling evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Layer thinly sliced fresh fruit over the cheesecake filling.
  5. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the fruit layer if using.
  6. Tightly roll the tortilla from one edge to the opposite edge.
  7. Slice the roll ups into 1–1.5 inch pieces and arrange on a platter.
