  • 2 cups Chili Cheese Fritos Consider tortilla strips for lighter option.
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Can use Greek yogurt.
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Opt for vegan mayo for plant-based version.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Fresh lime is recommended.
  • 2 tablespoons Chipotle Sauce Reduce for less spice.

Method
 

Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, jalapeño, green onions, and cilantro. Stir until evenly distributed.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chipotle sauce until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently fold until every ingredient is coated.
