Preparation Steps
- Begin by boiling water in a large pot, adding a pinch of salt once it’s bubbling. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8 to 10 minutes. Once done, drain the pasta in a colander and rinse it under cold water to cool it down, preventing it from sticking together.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta with diced cooked chicken breast and chopped romaine lettuce. If you’re using cherry tomatoes, dice them and add them to the bowl as well. Gently toss everything together.
- Pour your choice of Caesar dressing over the mixed ingredients in the bowl. Toss to ensure every piece is coated in the dressing.
- Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste, and mix everything thoroughly.
- Before serving, sprinkle the crushed croutons generously on top. Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or basil if desired.

Notes
Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor. Store dressing separately if making ahead to keep ingredients fresh.
