- Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a medium saucepan.
- Stir in the fruit-flavored gelatin until completely dissolved.
- Add granulated sugar and corn syrup to the gelatin mixture, blend thoroughly.
- Cool the gelatin mixture for about 10-15 minutes before adding vodka.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the gelatin mixture evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours until fully set.
- Cut the gelatin into 1-inch strips.
- Wrap each strip with a sour rainbow candy strip securely.
- Optionally coat each rollup in sour sugar before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
