- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
- Chop the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with garlic powder and pepper. Coat with cornstarch.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and sauté for about 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and add canned pineapple tidbits to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute without stirring.
