  • 1 cup Grated Mozzarella any meltable cheese will work
  • 2 tablespoons Japanese Mayo regular mayo can be used or omitted
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar balances the kick of the spicy noodles

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling a pot of water over high heat. Once boiling, add the Samyang Carbo Noodles and cook according to the package instructions for about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat over high heat. Add the corn, then mix in the cheddar, mozzarella, mayo, and sugar. Stir frequently as it heats up.
  3. Once bubbling, lower the heat to medium and stir for about 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and creamy.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Pour the corn mixture over the noodles, ensuring an even coating. Serve immediately.
