- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Stir in the melted unsalted butter, milk, and vanilla extract into the dry mixture.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the batter into the dish.
- Slice ripe bananas and arrange them evenly over the top of the batter.
- Combine ground cinnamon and nutmeg, then sprinkle over the bananas.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cobbler to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
