  3. Place the tortillas beef-side down onto the skillet, cooking for about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Once the meat is browned, flip the tortilla and sprinkle shredded cheese on the cooked side.
  5. Grill the folded quesadilla for an additional 3–4 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove the quesadillas from the skillet, let cool for a minute, and then cut into wedges.
