Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, take your beef stew meat and drizzle in the Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt, black pepper, dried Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss together until well-coated.
  2. Layer the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker. Drizzle with half of the melted unsalted butter and olive oil. Sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
  3. Place your seasoned beef on top of the potatoes, distributing it evenly. Drizzle the remaining melted butter and olive oil over the beef.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
