- In a large bowl, take your beef stew meat and drizzle in the Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt, black pepper, dried Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss together until well-coated.
- Layer the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker. Drizzle with half of the melted unsalted butter and olive oil. Sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
- Place your seasoned beef on top of the potatoes, distributing it evenly. Drizzle the remaining melted butter and olive oil over the beef.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
