  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and melted butter until combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Spread the pancake batter evenly over the baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Serving
  1. Cut into squares and serve warm with fresh berries and maple syrup.
