Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Toss the diced red potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook in the air fryer for 16 to 18 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 10 to 15 minutes until golden-brown. Set aside.
  3. Increase the skillet heat to medium-high, add ground beef, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat, season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Assemble the bowls: start with crispy potatoes, add beef and onions, sprinkle cheese, drizzle with sauce, and top with lettuce.
