- Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray and place the chicken breasts evenly inside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, onion, water, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, allspice, and lemon pepper. Stir well.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken in the slow cooker and cover. Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
- Prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, garlic, grated cucumber, parsley, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker with two forks.
- Warm pita bread, fill with shredded chicken, top with tzatziki, and add sliced tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and lettuce as desired.

Notes
Squeeze the cucumber to remove moisture for a thicker tzatziki. Allow tzatziki to rest for better flavor. Checking cooking time will prevent chicken from drying out.
