- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves, trimming ends to create squares.
- Lay 2 lettuce leaves on a plate and spread half of the mayonnaise on them.
- Layer deli ham, cooked chicken, and cheese on the mayonnaise-covered leaves.
- Place another 2 lettuce leaves on top and spread the remaining mayonnaise on them.
- Add tomato slices and crispy bacon on the top layer.
- Cover with the last 2 lettuce leaves and secure with toothpicks.
