Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves, trimming ends to create squares.
  3. Lay 2 lettuce leaves on a plate and spread half of the mayonnaise on them.
  4. Layer deli ham, cooked chicken, and cheese on the mayonnaise-covered leaves.
  5. Place another 2 lettuce leaves on top and spread the remaining mayonnaise on them.
  6. Add tomato slices and crispy bacon on the top layer.
  7. Cover with the last 2 lettuce leaves and secure with toothpicks.
  8. Slice the sandwich diagonally into quarters and serve immediately.
