Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into 1.5-inch wedges, then rinse them under cold water.
  3. In a large roasting pan, whisk together chicken broth, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the sauce, tossing them until fully coated.
  5. Spread the coated potato wedges in a single layer and roast for 90 minutes, stirring every 20-30 minutes.
  6. If not golden enough, increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Let the potatoes rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
