Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and bake bacon for 25 minutes until crispy.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear seasoned chicken cubes for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour garlic parmesan sauce over chicken, stir in parmesan cheese, and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
  5. Spread butter on the insides of brioche buns and toast in a skillet until golden brown.
  6. Assemble sandwiches with a scoop of chicken mixture, bacon pieces, and parsley before topping with the other bun. Serve immediately.
