  1. In a slow cooker, combine beef broth, chipotle adobo sauce, diced green chiles, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, chili powder, oregano, cumin, minced garlic, chopped yellow onion, salt, and a bay leaf. Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly blended.
