- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add 250 g of ground beef and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of grated ginger and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Cook for an additional 10-15 seconds.
- Pour in 1 cup of water and add 2 teaspoons of white pepper. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook 120 g of vermicelli noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of corn flour with 1/2 cup of water. Add to the beef mixture and cook until sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).
- Toss in the drained noodles, ensuring they are coated in the sauce. Garnish with chopped spring onion and sauces as desired.
