Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll the first can of crescent roll dough and press it into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Layer slices of capicola, salami, and pepperoni over the dough, then sprinkle provolone and Colby Jack cheeses on top.
  4. Roll out the second can of dough and cover the filling, sealing edges and seams.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top dough, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
