- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Unroll the first can of crescent roll dough and press it into the prepared baking dish.
- Layer slices of capicola, salami, and pepperoni over the dough, then sprinkle provolone and Colby Jack cheeses on top.
- Roll out the second can of dough and cover the filling, sealing edges and seams.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top dough, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
