Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Beef: Firm up beef sirloin in the freezer for 30 minutes, then slice against the grain into thin strips.
  2. Make Marinade: Blend coconut aminos, diced Asian pear, sesame oil, fresh ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Marinate Beef: Combine beef with marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  4. Stir-Fry Vegetables: Slice onion, carrot, and green onions. Heat olive oil in a skillet and stir-fry vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
