  1. Clean the white button mushrooms thoroughly with a damp paper towel, then slice them into thick pieces.

  3. Reduce the heat to medium, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, and stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and other seasonings. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
