Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your ingredients by peeling and freezing the banana overnight, and rinsing a generous cup of fresh baby spinach.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, spinach, ice cubes, fresh pineapple, chopped mango, Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, honey, lime zest, lime juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, for about 30–45 seconds until thick and smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie into chilled bowls and add your creative toppings.
