Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the fresh produce thoroughly. Cut the seedless watermelon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Slice the cucumber lengthwise, remove seeds if necessary, and chop into similar-sized pieces. Crumble the feta cheese into small bits.
  3. Gently add the cucumber and feta cheese to the bowl of watermelon. Toss the ingredients together carefully.
  4. If using fresh mint, chop it roughly and sprinkle it over the salad mix. Gently mix again to distribute.
