Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Add sweetened condensed milk to a clear jar to create the creamy base.
  2. Brew coffee using a French press or phin filter. Steep coffee for 4 minutes.
  3. Combine brewed coffee with condensed milk in the jar and stir, then let cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour coffee mixture into a shallow pan and freeze for 35-40 minutes until edges are firm.
  5. Scrape and fluff the mixture with a fork, then return to freezer.
  6. Repeat scraping every 35-40 minutes for 3-4 cycles to enhance texture.
  7. Once fluffy, serve by scooping into bowls and drizzling with more condensed milk.
