Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by chopping the broccoli into bite-sized florets and mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the green onions for garnish.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Push the cooked chicken to one side and add the garlic, ginger, and broccoli, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes until bright green.
  4. Drizzle the soy sauce over the mixture and add red pepper flakes if desired, stirring to combine thoroughly. Let cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with reserved green onions, and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
