Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the diced ripe mangoes, shredded green cabbage, grated carrot, sliced red bell pepper, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro. Gently mix these ingredients together until evenly distributed.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey (or maple syrup), and sesame oil. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
