- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy. Then, add the egg, lemon extract, and pink food coloring, mixing until combined. Gradually add flour and baking soda, stirring until no streaks remain.
