Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the cabbage into thick rounds, brush both sides with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. If using, add the egg.
- Shape the mixture into patties the size of the cabbage rounds and place on the cabbage.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes until cooked and the cabbage is tender.
- For optional cheesy topping, sprinkle cheese and broil for 3-5 minutes until melted.
- Let cool a few minutes, then serve with garnishes and sauces.
