- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 3 cloves of minced garlic. Stir together until evenly mixed.
- Gradually pour in ¾ cup of lukewarm water and mix with a spatula, creating a thick batter. Allow the mixture to rest for about 5 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter and 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander into the batter. Gently fold the mixture until well combined.
- Place a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and add a teaspoon of oil to coat the base. Heat for about 2 minutes.
- Scoop two half spoonfuls of the batter and carefully place them in the hot frying pan. Cook for approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
- Once bubbles rise, flip the flatbread with a spatula and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the cooked flatbread from the pan and keep warm. Continue with the remaining batter, adding oil as needed.
