Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the lean ground beef and cook, breaking it apart until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning and continue to cook until coated, roughly 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Spread half of the taco sauce evenly over each pizza base, covering the edges for added flavor.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over each base, then evenly distribute the cooked ground beef, jalapeños, and black olives. Add a dollop of salsa on top.
- Carefully place the pizzas on the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
- After 10 minutes, sprinkle crushed tortilla chips over the top, followed by the remaining cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to toast the chips.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and drizzle with sour cream and fresh cilantro. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
