Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the lean ground beef and cook, breaking it apart until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning and continue to cook until coated, roughly 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  3. Spread half of the taco sauce evenly over each pizza base, covering the edges for added flavor.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over each base, then evenly distribute the cooked ground beef, jalapeños, and black olives. Add a dollop of salsa on top.
  5. Carefully place the pizzas on the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
  6. After 10 minutes, sprinkle crushed tortilla chips over the top, followed by the remaining cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to toast the chips.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and drizzle with sour cream and fresh cilantro. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
