- In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, beat together 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup brown sugar until smooth.
