- Spread the filling over the steak, leaving a 1-inch border, then roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat; sear the rolled braciole for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Pour marinara sauce over braciole, then cover the skillet and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- After baking, let the braciole rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve with extra marinara.
