  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with vegetable oil.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. On a cutting board, pound the beef flank steak to about 1/4 inch thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, basil, and parsley until well-mixed.
  4. Spread the filling over the steak, leaving a 1-inch border, then roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat; sear the rolled braciole for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over braciole, then cover the skillet and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. After baking, let the braciole rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve with extra marinara.
