Step-by-Step Instructions for Mango Coconut Milk Smoothie
  1. In the blender, combine 1 cup of frozen mango, one sliced banana, 1 cup of coconut milk, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Secure the lid tightly and blend on high for about 30 seconds until everything is smoothly combined.
  2. Check the consistency; if there are any chunks, scrape down the sides and blend again for another 15 to 30 seconds.
  3. Add the remaining 1 cup of frozen mango to the blender and blend for about 15 more seconds until fully integrated.
  4. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add 2 to 4 ice cubes and blend thoroughly for an additional 10 to 20 seconds.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately, optionally garnished with a slice of fresh mango or a sprig of mint.
