- Begin by softening unsalted butter at room temperature for about 15 minutes until it’s easily spreadable. Gather your seafood ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Sprinkle in Old Bay seasoning, chopped parsley, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into tightly packed logs or round balls, roughly the size of a golf ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
