Step-by-Step Instructions for Lobster & Crab Butter Bombs
  1. Begin by softening unsalted butter at room temperature for about 15 minutes until it’s easily spreadable. Gather your seafood ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Sprinkle in Old Bay seasoning, chopped parsley, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into tightly packed logs or round balls, roughly the size of a golf ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
