  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine melted butter, lavender sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Stir in flour until crumbly, press into baking pan, and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  3. While crust bakes, whisk together eggs, lemon juice, lavender sugar, lemon zest, and sift in flour. Stir until smooth.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C). Pour lemon filling over crust and bake for an additional 25–30 minutes until set.
  5. Cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for 2 hours. Dust with powdered sugar before cutting into squares to serve.
