Mixing and Rising
- In a stand mixer bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix on low speed for a minute.

Final Preparations and Baking
- Sprinkle rolled oats on the logs and score them lightly; cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
- Let cool on a wire rack completely before slicing.
