Method
 

Mixing and Rising
  1. In a stand mixer bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix on low speed for a minute.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix warm water, butter, molasses, and honey until well combined.
  3. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture; mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Lightly oil a bowl, place the dough in it, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for about 2 hours.
  6. After rising, punch down the dough, divide into three pieces, roll into logs, and place on a baking sheet.
Final Preparations and Baking
  1. Sprinkle rolled oats on the logs and score them lightly; cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
  4. Let cool on a wire rack completely before slicing.
