  • 1 package Puff Pastry Use store-bought pastry made with real butter
For the Chicken Salad
  • 3 breasts Cooked Chicken Grilled and cooled
  • 1 cup Celery Diced to about 1/4 inch
  • 1 cup Grapes Halved
  • 1 small Onion Finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Ensure chicken is cool before mixing
  • to taste Tony's seasoning Optional seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the puff pastry in the fridge overnight or at room temperature for about 4 hours.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  3. Cut the thawed puff pastry into 36 equal squares.
  4. Brush melted butter over the tops of the squares and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Grill the seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side.
  7. Combine chicken, celery, grapes, onion, and mayonnaise in a bowl to make the filling.
  8. Fill puff pastry squares with 2-3 tablespoons of chicken salad.
  9. Secure each filled pastry with a toothpick and arrange on a platter.
