  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded Gruyère is a perfect substitute.
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded Go for freshly grated for best results.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust based on the saltiness of the cheese.
  • ½ tsp Pepper Increase as desired for a touch of spice.
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder Substitute with fresh garlic for a punchier flavor.
For Greasing
  • 1 can PAM Non-GMO Avocado Oil Cooking Spray Can use oil or butter if preferred.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange frozen puff pastry cups on the baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  3. Bake for about 18 minutes until puffed up and golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, Swiss cheese, and Parmesan until fully incorporated. Microwave for 2 minutes stirring halfway through.
  5. Allow the cups to cool for 5 minutes, then remove the tops gently.
  6. Fill each cup with the creamy filling and top with reserved Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
