Step-by-Step Instructions
- Slice the fresh mozzarella cheese into 1/2-inch thick sticks and keep them cool. If too soft, freeze for 15-20 minutes.

- Create a breading station by placing all-purpose flour in a shallow dish, whisking eggs in a separate bowl, and combining panko and regular breadcrumbs in a third dish.

- Dredge each mozzarella stick first in the flour, then dip in egg wash, and finally roll it in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

- Place the breaded mozzarella sticks on a baking tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 180°C (356°F). Test readiness by dropping in a piece of bread.

- Carefully add mozzarella sticks to hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

- Remove sticks and let drain on paper towels, serve immediately with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
