- In a medium bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Whisk until evenly mixed.
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and spray it with cooking oil. Add lean ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes until no longer pink.
- Mix in the chopped pepperoni along with the spice blend and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste to the beef mixture. Stir well and let simmer for about 2-3 minutes until thickened.
