- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Preheat your frying oil to 350°F (175°C). On a lightly floured surface, flatten each piece of biscuit dough until about 3-4 inches wide.
- Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture in the center of each dough piece. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
- Fry the bombs in hot oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to cool for a couple of minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
