  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce Use tamari for gluten-free or coconut aminos for soy-free.

  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Wonton wrappers can also be used.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Preheat your frying oil to 350°F (175°C). On a lightly floured surface, flatten each piece of biscuit dough until about 3-4 inches wide.
  3. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture in the center of each dough piece. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
  4. Fry the bombs in hot oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to cool for a couple of minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
