Preparation Steps
- In a small jar, combine heavy cream, coconut syrup, and ube extract. Froth or whisk until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Fill a tall glass with ice, add 1 cup of milk, and stir in 1 tablespoon of coconut syrup.
- Brew 1 shot of espresso and allow to cool slightly.
- Pour the espresso slowly over the back of a spoon into the glass with sweetened milk.
- Spoon the ube coconut cold foam over the layered drink and top with toasted coconut chips before serving.
