Cupcake Instructions

  3. Beat unsalted butter until creamy, then mix in cream cheese and honey until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly, then blend in milk until smooth.
  5. Fold diced peaches gently into the batter.
  6. Fill muffin tins about two-thirds full and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Beat cream cheese and honey together until smooth for the frosting.
