- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until blended.
- Beat unsalted butter until creamy, then mix in cream cheese and honey until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly, then blend in milk until smooth.
- Fold diced peaches gently into the batter.
- Fill muffin tins about two-thirds full and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Beat cream cheese and honey together until smooth for the frosting.
- Once cupcakes are cool, pipe the frosting on top.
