Method
 

Marinate and Cook
  1. Marinate the Sirloin: Whisk together mirin, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Add sirloin and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables: Heat oil in skillet, add carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Cook the Marinated Steak: Add marinated sirloin to skillet, cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  4. Heat the Fried Rice: Warm pre-cooked fried rice per package instructions or prepare fresh rice separately.
  5. Assemble Your Bowls: Layer fried rice, sautéed vegetables, and cooked steak in bowls. Drizzle with additional sesame oil if desired.
