Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Spread 1½ tablespoons of Dijon mustard evenly across each sheet.
  3. Distribute thinly sliced deli ham across the mustard-coated pastry sheets and sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese on top.
  4. Roll the pastry sheet into a tight log, pinching the edges to seal.
  5. Cut the rolled pastry into 1-inch wide pinwheels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Watch for the delightful aroma!
