Method
 

Basic Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually fold in low-fat Greek yogurt to form a smooth dough.
  3. Divide the dough into 8 portions, rolling each into an oval shape approximately 6 inches long.
  4. Place around 15 grams of pizza sauce on one half of each oval and top with 20 grams of low-fat cheese, leaving a border.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to form a pocket and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
