Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. If using frozen shrimp, thaw them under cold running water for about 10 minutes, then rinse and pat dry. Toss with seasonings.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (400°F to 450°F). Lightly oil the grill grates.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until charred and opaque. Flip halfway through cooking.
  4. Lay tortillas on a clean surface, add romaine, grilled shrimp, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Top with optional bacon bits or croutons.
  5. Fold sides inward and roll up from the bottom to create a tight wrap. Cut in half and serve immediately.
