Preparation Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until charred and opaque. Remove and rest.
- Warm tortillas for 10-20 seconds on each side on the grill or in a skillet over low heat. Place flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a layer of Caesar dressing across the center of each tortilla.
- Layer grilled shrimp, romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese down the center of the wrap. Optionally add bacon bits or croutons.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom up, enclosing all ingredients.
- Slice the wraps in half for easy handling and serve immediately. For later, store components separately.
