  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adds a touch of warmth without overpowering.
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning Optional, but brings a delightful kick to the shrimp.
For the Wrap
  • 4 pieces Tortillas Opt for whole wheat or gluten-free options to make the wraps healthier.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing Provides creaminess and tang; consider a lighter version for fewer calories.
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce Adds crunch and freshness; feel free to switch with mixed leafy greens.
For the Toppings

  • 1/4 cup Bacon Bits Adds a delightful crunch; optional for a lighter wrap.
  • 1/2 cup Croutons For extra texture and crunch; skip if you're looking for a low-carb option.

  2. Warm tortillas for 10-20 seconds on each side on the grill or in a skillet over low heat. Place flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a layer of Caesar dressing across the center of each tortilla.
  4. Layer grilled shrimp, romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese down the center of the wrap. Optionally add bacon bits or croutons.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom up, enclosing all ingredients.
  6. Slice the wraps in half for easy handling and serve immediately. For later, store components separately.
