  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).
  4. Thread marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving a little space between each.
  5. Grill each side for 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from grill and drizzle with additional lemon juice before serving.
