  • 1 pound Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Water adjust as needed

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (400°F or 200°C).
  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and thread onto soaked bamboo skewers.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Place skewers on the grill; cook for 5-7 minutes each side, brushing with sauce.
  5. For baking, arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, then brush with sauce and broil for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Let skewers rest for a few minutes before serving with extra sauce.
