  3. Drizzle the dressing over the veggie mixture and toss gently to ensure everything is coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, uncover and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley or dill.
